In the painting "Morning Walk," a serene and captivating scene unfolds before your eyes. The canvas is dominated by the soft, pastel hues of an early morning sky, painted in shades of pink, lavender, oranges, and pale blue. The clouds form a silhouettes, focusing attention on the splendor of the sun is just beginning to rise on the horizon, casting a warm and gentle light across the entire beach.
In the foreground of the painting, you see an elderly couple with their faithful friend, their silhouettes clearly defined against the soft, golden sands of the beach. The woman, slightly stooped with age but still strong, holds the hand of her faithful companion. They walk side by side, their footsteps leaving impressions in the sand as they enjoy a leisurely morning stroll along the water's edge.

I remember like it was yesterday... The little black box of PRANG watercolors I received at Christmas when I was seven started me on a lifelong love of drawing and painting. Rendering the images of every comic book character from Mickey Mouse to Superman and Little Lulu furthered my art education. Little Golden Books, "The Color Kittens," taught me the basics of mixing colors. Then a magical experience happened! At the Jefferson Theater in downtown Beaumont, Texas (where I was born and raised), I saw Disney's "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs."
